GENERAL PARKING REGULATIONS

TRUCCOTEL Netherlands BV

General provisions

  • Entering TRUCCOTEL is at your own risk. Access is only permitted to areas and buildings necessary for the visit and use of the service facilities.

  • Access to TRUCCOTEL is granted via automatic license plate recognition or other access systems provided by TRUCCOTEL. Customers may enter without a prior reservation and can pay on site using the available payment facilities.

  • Parking and/or charging of (EV) trucks is at your own risk. TRUCCOTEL Netherlands BV is not liable for damages caused by accidents, loss, theft, or other reasons. Damages must be reported immediately via our general contact details.

  • Visitors must comply with all instructions and directions given by or on behalf of TRUCCOTEL. Failure to follow instructions means TRUCCOTEL accepts no liability for any resulting damages.

  • TRUCCOTEL is not liable for damages due to flat tires on the premises.

  • If TRUCCOTEL or its hired assistants incur damages due to a visitor’s failure to comply with these regulations, the visitor is obliged to compensate all damages upon first request, without prejudice to the rights that TRUCCOTEL may derive from the law.

  • If the visitor does not comply with the regulations, TRUCCOTEL may permanently deny access to its truck parking facilities.

  • By entering TRUCCOTEL, you automatically agree to these regulations.


SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS

  • Access to TRUCCOTEL is only permitted after successful vehicle recognition and/or registration via the TRUCCOTEL access system. Visitors must follow the on-site instructions for registration and payment and present any requested information upon request by TRUCCOTEL employees or hired assistants.

  • Park your entire vehicle within the designated spaces, between the lines, and as far back as possible.

  • If instructions are not followed correctly, TRUCCOTEL reserves the right to move or remove your vehicle. All associated costs will be charged to the visitor.

  • The same behavioral and traffic rules apply on the truck parking as on public roads. Traffic signs and signals have the same meaning.

  • Your behavior on the truck parking must not pose any danger or nuisance to yourself, TRUCCOTEL employees or hired assistants, or other users of the truck parking.

  • Vehicles and accompanying equipment must comply with all applicable legal requirements.

  • Stationary trucks must always be secured using the parking brake or other appropriate measures to prevent danger.

  • Entering or exiting the TRUCCOTEL premises or maneuvering on the premises should only be done when it is safe and does not pose a danger or nuisance to other traffic or persons.

  • Without a valid driver’s license, it is not permitted to drive motor vehicles on the premises. Driving and registration documents must be shown upon request.

  • The maximum speed on the premises is 15 km/h, as indicated by signage.

  • It is prohibited to use alcohol, drugs, open fire, generators, or to cause any noise disturbance.

  • Repairs and maintenance to trucks or trailers are not allowed on the TRUCCOTEL premises.

  • Small household waste may only be disposed of in the designated waste bins provided on the premises. Dumping large waste is prohibited.

  • Without prior permission, no objects, obstacles, or barriers may be placed on the road or parking areas.

  • The truck parking may not be entered with bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, or scooters.

  • Cars and service vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking spaces on the premises.

  • Touring coaches are not allowed on the truck parking.

  • The truck parking is not accessible to trucks carrying dangerous goods (ADR).

  • Any passengers, including children and/or pets, must be kept under control at all times while on the truck parking premises.


ACCESS REGULATIONS

  • TRUCCOTEL and its hired assistants or employees are responsible for monitoring compliance with these regulations and are authorized to temporarily deviate from these regulations where necessary.

  • In addition to any other measures that may be taken against visitors who fail to comply with these regulations, access to TRUCCOTEL with any vehicle may be denied.


PARKING OF TRAILERS

  • Parking of trailers is only permitted when they are attached to a towing vehicle. Disconnecting trailers and leaving them unattended on the premises is prohibited.


FINAL PROVISIONS

  • In cases not covered by these TRUCCOTEL regulations, the judgment of TRUCCOTEL employees or the appointed security company is binding.

  • If a customer leaves the premises before the end of the paid parking period, no refund will be granted.

  • In case of overstay, the outstanding amount will be charged automatically on top of the existing parking payment.


APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Parking Terms are governed by Dutch law.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Parking Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
